Ordinary Hours means 38 hours per week within the spread of hours which may be averaged over a 12 month period.
Code of Ordinances means the Code of Ordinances of the City of Colfax, Iowa.

Customer Usage Information means information regarding the historical electricity consumption of a Customer;
Off-Peak Hours means those hours which are not On-Peak Hours.
Operational Hours for the Facility means the total across all Generating Units of the number of hours each of the Facility’s Generating Units are potentially capable of producing power at its Nameplate Capacity Rating regardless of actual weather, season and time of day or night, without any mechanical operating constraint or restriction, and potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery in a Contract Year. During up to, but not more than, 200 hours of Planned Maintenance during a Contract Year for each Generation Unit and hours during which an event of Force Majeure exists, a Generation Unit shall be considered potentially capable of delivering such power to the Point of Delivery. For example, in the absence of any Planned Maintenance beyond 200 hours on any Generation Unit of Event of Force Majeure, the Operational Hours for a wind farm with five separate two MW turbines would be 43,800 for a Contract Year.
Point of origin means the specific location on carrier's system as designated in its tariff where carrier accepts petroleum product for shipment and may be referred to in other items of this tariff as "origin station or origin."

Code of Ethics Contact Person means the Chief Compliance Officer or such person or persons as may be from time to time designated.
General-use hand or body cleaner or soap means a cleaner or soap designed to be used routinely on the skin to clean or remove typical or common dirt and soils. “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” includes, but is not limited to, hand or body washes, dual-purpose shampoo-body cleaners, shower or bath gels, and moisturizing cleaners or soaps. “General-use Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap” does not include prescription drug products, “Antimicrobial Hand or Body Cleaner or Soap,” “Astringent/Toner,” “Facial Cleaner or Soap,” “Hand Dishwashing Detergent” (including antimicrobial), “Heavy-duty Hand Cleaner or Soap,” “Medicated Astringent/Medicated Toner,” or “Rubbing Alcohol.”
Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.
Date of Original Issuance means in respect of any Commission Share, the date with reference to which the amount of the CDSC payable on redemption thereof, if any, is computed.
Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. CCLS Chief means the manager, or successor, of Central Contracts and Legal Services or successor section or office.
Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.
On-Peak Hours means Hour Ending (“HE”) 0800 through HE 2300 EPT, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and PJM holidays.
Chief Executive Office State means California, where Borrower’s chief executive office is located.
Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.
