Spanish Collection Account definition

Spanish Collection Account means any account set forth on Schedule 5 (Facility Accounts and Account Banks) hereto under the heading “Spanish Collection Accounts”, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time in accordance herewith.
Spanish Collection Account means the collection account in the name of Spanish FleetCo into which Spanish Collections shall be deposited.

  • The Borrower will ensure that each New Collection Account (other than any New Spanish Collection Account) shall be maintained at all times in the name of the Borrower and will cause each New Spanish Collection Account to be maintained at all times in the name of the Spanish Account SPV.

  • Upon any such declaration, occurrence or deemed occurrence the Agent shall confirm BANCO BILBAO VIZCAYA SA, BANCO SANTANDER SA, BANCO ESPAÑOL DE CREDITO SA and CITIBANK ESPAÑA SA, that the Spanish Collection Account and the Originator Collection Accounts may only be operated pursuant to instructions each of the above mentioned banks receive from the Agent, as foreseen in the Spanish Pledges.

Related to Spanish Collection Account

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Funding Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Principal Account as set forth in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust shall be replaced with the term "Capital Account."

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.
