Special Free Share definition

Special Free Share means, in respect of any Fund, a Share (other than a Commission Share) issued by such Fund other than in connection with the automatic reinvestment of Dividends and other than in connection with an exchange whereby a Free Share (or portion thereof) of another Fund is redeemed and the Net Asset Value of such redeemed Share (or portion thereof) is invested in a Share (or portion thereof) of such Fund.

  • The Transfer Agent shall maintain daily records of each Shareholder Account (other than an Omnibus Account) in respect of any Fund so as to identify each Free Share (including each Special Free Share) reflected in such Shareholder Account by the Month of Original Purchase of such Free Share.
