Fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;
Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.
Special fuel means fuel oils and all combustible gases and liquids suitable for the generation of power for propulsion of motor vehicles or turbine-powered aircraft, and includes any substance used for that purpose, except that it does not include motor fuel. Kerosene shall not be considered to be a special fuel, unless blended with other special fuels for use in a motor vehicle with a diesel engine. Methanol shall not be considered to be a special fuel unless blended with other special fuels for use in a motor vehicle with a diesel engine.
Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.
Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order
water supplier means the company supplying water in the water supply zone, whether a water undertaker or licensed water supplier;
Gas supplier means a person that is duly licensed pursuant to
licensed water supplier means a company which is the holder for the time being of a water supply licence under Section 17A(1) of the 1991 Act(f);
Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;
Local supplier means a supplier or service provider whose product or service offered for procurement meets the minimum local content of 50% as prescribed in DIPP Order No.P-45021/2/2017-PP (BE-II) dated 28th May, 2018 or by the competent Ministries/Departments in pursuance of this order.
Class-II local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this order.
Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.
Non-Local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content less than or equal to 20%, as defined under above Order.
Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
Boiler Fuel means natural gas used as fuel for the generation of steam and in internal combustion turbine engines for the generations of electricity.
Weapons system supplier means any prime contractor or first tier subcontractor engaged in, or having a known prospective interest in the development, production or analysis of any of the weapon systems, as well as any major component or subassembly of such system.
Mono-fuel vehicle means a vehicle that is designed to run primarily on one type of fuel;
Special food product means a food product that is all of the following:
Data Supplier means a third party supplier of Market Data.
Net metering customer means a customer of the electric distribution company
Specialty contractor means a person who is licensed to conduct business as described in subsection 4 of NRS 624.215.
Manufacturer means the person or body who is responsible to the approval authority for all aspects of the type approval process and for ensuring conformity of production. It is not essential that the person or body is directly involved in all stage of the construction of the vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit which is the subject of the approval process.
Material Suppliers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(b).
Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.
Material Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24.
Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;
