Where Special Goods are produced and supplied by the DCS which are their propriety products, such Goods are acknowledged to be DCS’s property and protected by DCS’s Intellectual property rights and such Goods can only be used by the contracted party and may not be resold to any other party without the express written permission of the DCS.
