Special Occasion Permit definition

Special Occasion Permit means a permit issued under section 19. (“permis de circonstance”) 1999, c. 12, Sched. F, s. 29.
Special Occasion Permit and “SOP” means a liquor license issued by AGCO for onetime social events where alcohol will be sold and/or served. Special Occasion Permit. The Lessee is responsible to obtain a permit to serve their own wine at a religious event. Bartenders will be responsible to serve this wine and bar will be closed during the dinner. The bar will reopen only after all this wine is consumed or removed and recorked.

  • If alcohol is going to be consumed at the Castleton Town Hall a Special Occasion Permit (S.O.P.) must be obtained from the LCBO, it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the permit; the Township of Cramahe will require a copy of the S.O.P., insurance, and copies of your bartender(s) Smart Serve Certificate five days prior to the event.

  • In addition, the event host must obtain a Special Occasion Permit for any facility rental where alcohol will be served.

  • The Host of a private event where alcohol will be served must obtain a Special Occasion Permit, and must comply with all of the conditions imposed on that Permit.

  • It is unlawful to allow anyone under the legal age of 19 to consume alcohol at any Special Occasion Permit event.

  • NPDES Permit means any permit or equivalent document or requirements issued by the Administrator, or, where appropriated by the Director, after enactment of the Federal Clean Water Act to regulate the discharge of pollutants pursuant to Section 402 of the Federal Act.

  • Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.

  • Lease Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 17.1 of the Lease.

  • Financial Covenant Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(b).

  • Major Default means any Event of Default occurring under Sections 4.1(a), 4.1(c), 4.1(l), or 4.1(p).

  • Minor Default means any Event of Default that is not a Major Default.

  • Potential Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.

  • Covenant Suspension Event has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.22(b).

  • Triggering Event of Default means (i) any Event of Default with respect to an obligation of the Mortgage Loan Borrower to pay money due under the Mortgage Loan or (ii) any non-monetary Event of Default as a result of which the Mortgage Loan becomes a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan (which, for clarification, shall not include any imminent Event of Default (i.e., subclause (vii) of the definition of Special Servicing Loan Event)).

  • Incipient Default means any occurrence that is, or with notice or lapse of time or both would become, an Event of Default.

  • PTC Event of Default means, with respect to each Trust Agreement, the failure to pay within 10 Business Days after the due date thereof: (i) the outstanding Pool Balance of the applicable Class of Certificates on the Final Legal Distribution Date for such Class or (ii) interest due on such Certificates on any Distribution Date (unless the Subordination Agent shall have made an Interest Drawing or a withdrawal from the Cash Collateral Account relating to a Liquidity Facility for such Class, with respect thereto in an aggregate amount sufficient to pay such interest and shall have distributed such amount to the Trustee entitled thereto).

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit or “NPDES” means a permit issued by the MPCA as required by federal law for the purpose of regulating the discharge of pollutants from point sources into waters of the United States from concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) as defined by federal law

  • Required Permit means a Permit (a) issued or required under Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or necessary in the manufacturing, importing, exporting, possession, ownership, warehousing, marketing, promoting, sale, labeling, furnishing, distribution or delivery of goods or services under Laws applicable to the business of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any Drug Application (including without limitation, at any point in time, all licenses, approvals and permits issued by the FDA or any other applicable Governmental Authority necessary for the testing, manufacture, marketing or sale of any Product by any applicable Borrower(s) as such activities are being conducted by such Borrower with respect to such Product at such time), and (b) issued by any Person from which Borrower or any of their Subsidiaries have received an accreditation.
