Special Resolution of the Board definition

Special Resolution of the Board means a resolution passed at a meeting of the Board of which not less than 21 days’ notice of the prepared resolution has been given being a resolution passed by a majority of 75% of the Directors present and voting.
Special Resolution of the Board means a resolution of the Board adopted with the support of more than two thirds of the Directors present at the meeting and entitled to vote, provided that a quorum for such meeting is present.

More Definitions of Special Resolution of the Board
