Actual Tax Liability definition

Actual Tax Liability means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the liability for Covered Taxes of the Corporation (a) appearing on Tax Returns of the Corporation for such Taxable Year and (b) if applicable, determined in accordance with a Determination (including interest imposed in respect thereof under applicable law).
Actual Tax Liability means a liability of a Group Company to make a payment (or increased payment) of, or in respect or on account of, Tax whether or not the Tax is chargeable directly or indirectly to the Group Company.
Actual Tax Liability means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the actual liability for U.S. federal income Taxes of the Corporate Taxpayer; provided that the actual liability for U.S. federal income Taxes of the Corporate Taxpayer shall be calculated assuming deductions of (and other impacts of) state and local income and franchise Taxes are excluded.

  • The “Realized Tax Detriment” for a Taxable Year equals the excess, if any, of the Actual Tax Liability over the Hypothetical Tax Liability for such Taxable Year.

  • The “Realized Tax Benefit” for a Taxable Year equals the excess, if any, of the Hypothetical Tax Liability over the Actual Tax Liability for such Taxable Year.

Actual Tax Liability means the actual liability for Taxes due and payable with respect to the applicable Tax Return.
