Specialist Member definition

Specialist Member means any Member holding Specialist Units in the Company, in each such Member’s capacity as a holder of Specialist Units. Specialist Member Units shall be held only by Persons who are Eligible Specialty Physicians, as defined in Section 2.4(c).
Specialist Member means a member of the Society who has the rights and obligations set out in rule 11;
Specialist Member means a Member classified as a ‘Specialist Member’ under clause 5 who has not ceased to be so classified;

Examples of Specialist Member in a sentence

  • All management and other responsibilities not specifically reserved to the Members in this Agreement, or specifically requiring PCP or Specialist Member and/or System Member Consent, shall be vested in the Board of Managers, and the Members shall have no voting rights except as specifically provided in this Agreement.

  • There shall be an Executive Committee composed of the officers of the Company and, if the elected officers do not include at least one (1) Manager who is a PCP Member, one (1) Manager who is a Specialist Member and one (1) System Manager, then at least one Manager from each unrepresented class, to be chosen by the Managers from that class.

  • A Member who at any time no longer meets the qualifications to continue in his or her capacity as a PCP Member, Specialist Member, or Auxiliary Member will be removed as a Member promptly after the Company learns of such Member’s failure to meet such qualifications.

Related to Specialist Member

  • Faculty Member means any person hired by the college or District to conduct classroom or teaching activities or who is otherwise considered by the college to be a member of faculty.

  • Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Independent Member of the board means a member of the board who has no business, family or other relationship that raises a conflict of interests regarding the CCP concerned or its controlling shareholders, its management or its clearing members, and who has had no such relationship during the five years preceding his membership of the board;

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Lead Member shall, in the case of a joint venture, mean the member of such joint venture who shall have the authority to bind the contractor and each member of the Joint venture; and shall be deemed to be the Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement; the Lead Member shall itself undertake and perform at least 51% (fifty one per cent) of the total length of the Project Highway;

  • Management Members shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.

  • Unit Member refers to any employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article II.

  • Officeholder means a person who holds a public office.

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Management Member means any Member that is an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;

  • Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.

  • Student Member means the member of ICCB who has been selected by ICCB's Student Advisory Committee. The student member has all the privileges of membership defined in Section 2-3 of the Act.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Council Member means a member of the Council;

  • Ombudsperson means the Ombudsperson of British Columbia;

  • Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2

  • Pharmacy benefits manager means a person that performs pharmacy benefits management.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Specialist means either a physician or other health care professional who practices in a specific area other than those practiced by primary care providers, or a properly licensed, certified or registered individual health care provider whose practice is limited to rendering mental health services. For purposes of cost-share, this definition of “specialist” does not apply to dentists. BCBSAZ does not require you to obtain an authorization or referral to see a specialist.

  • School counselor means an educator who provides full-time counseling and guidance services and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.

  • Cosmetologist means an individual licensed under this chapter to practice cosmetology.

  • Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
