Specially Designated National. SDN”, “Blocked Person”, or other banned or blocked person, entity, nation, or transaction pursuant to any law, order, rule or regulation that is enforced or administered by OFAC or another department of the United States government, (b) Buyer is not acting on behalf of any such person, group, entity, or nation, and (c) Buyer is not engaged in this transaction on behalf of, or instigating or facilitating this transaction on behalf of, any such person, group, entity or nation.
Specially Designated National means a person named as a “specially designated national and blocked person” on the most current list published by OFAC at its official website or any replacement website or other replacement official publication of such list;
Specially Designated National or “Blocked Person” means (i) a person designated by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control from time to time as such status, (ii) a person described in Section 1 of U.S. Executive Order 13224, issued September 23, 2001, or (iii) a person otherwise identified by government or legal authority as a person with whom we or our affiliates are prohibited from transacting business. More Definitions of Specially Designated National

Specially Designated National has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(c).
Specially Designated National or "Blocked Person" (identified in 31 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter V, Appendix 1) thereof or with any other person subject to sanctions under any of the foreign assets control regulations of the United States Treasury Department (31 CFR, Subtitle B, Chapter V, as amended) or any enabling legislation or executive order relating thereto, or any person or entity in those countries or with those persons, or perform contracts in support of projects in or for the benefit of those countries or those persons.
Specially Designated National. Blocked Entity," "Specially Designated Terrorist," "Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker" or "Foreign Terrorist Organization," as defined by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control.

Specially Designated National means a Person who is on the United States Office of Foreign Assets Controls’ list of Specially Designated Nationals, the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security’s list of denied persons or the Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls’ lists of debarred parties, as each may be amended from time to time.
