Specific Information means the specific information set out on pages 1, 2 and the first part of page 3 of this agreement.

Specific Information means any specific information set forth on the face of an Order that the Supplier has acknowledged in writing to the Customer, such as the types, descriptions, specifications quantities and delivery date of Goods to be delivered to the Customer.

Examples of Specific Information in a sentence

• The Recipient will pay any money owing to the Province by cheque payable to the “Ontario Minister of Finance” and delivered to the Province at the address set out in Schedule “B” (Specific Information) for the purposes of Notice to the Province.

• If there is any inconsistency between something we say in these General Terms, the Specific Information and Other Information, what we say in the Specific Information and Other Information will apply instead.

• The Manager shall be entitled to the management fees in respect of the various Share Class types as outlined for each Portfolio in the “Portfolio Specific Information – Management and Performance Fees” section of each Supplement.

• The following schedules form part of the Agreement: Schedule “A” - General Terms and Conditions Schedule “B” - Project Specific Information and Additional Provisions Schedule “C” - Project Schedule “D” - Budget Schedule “E” - Payment Plan Schedule “F” - Reports.

• Share Classes may be distinguished on the basis of either the fee and/or the charges to the relevant Share Class (see the sub-section of each Supplement titled “Portfolio Specific Information – Management and Performance Fees” in respect of the relevant Portfolio for a breakdown of fees charged and the Share Classes available in individual Portfolios).

• The agreement is this contract between you and us (the Creditor) set out in the Specific Information (above) (which includes the Disclosure Statement (above)), the Other Information and the General Terms.

• The investor’s benchmark return shall be calculated as follows for M Share Classes: For the purpose of the text below, the relevant index is the index set out in respect of any relevant Portfolios in the “Portfolio Specific Information – Management and Performance Fees” section of the relevant Supplement.

• Y These Share Classes may have a different fee structure (as set out in the section of this Prospectus entitled “Portfolio Specific Information – Investment Objectives and Policies of the Man GLG Portfolios” and “Fees and Expenses” a portion of which may be paid to distributors.

More Definitions of Specific Information

Specific Information means the information, knowledge and documents specified in Item 4 of the Schedule.

Specific Information pertaining to the method for determining the principal amount payable at Maturity or the amount of interest to be paid on an Interest Payment Date with reference to the specified index shall be included above under "Other Provisions." The Calculation Agent will calculate the interest rate on this Senior Note in accordance with the foregoing no later than the Calculation Date. All percentages resulting from any calculation with respect to this Senior Note will be rounded, if necessary, to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point (with five one-millionths of a percentage point being rounded upward) and all amounts used in or resulting from any such calculation with respect to this Senior Note will be rounded to the nearest cent (with one-half cent being rounded upwards). The Company is obligated to make payment of principal, premium, if any, and interest, if any, in respect of this Senior Note in U.S. dollars.

Specific Information means the information table in clause 1 of this Agreement; and
