Specified Component definition

Specified Component or “Component” means any part identified in paragraph 9 herein or any later configurations thereof installed on a Covered Aircraft or sold by Boeing to Buyer as a spare part during the Program Term.
Specified Component means: (a) the Components identified on Appendix I to the Interoperability Exhibit; (b) all Vendor Components; (c) all Components recommended by the Vendor; and (d) all Non-Vendor Components, which are indicated as Interoperable within the Documentation or in any Vendor marketing materials.
Specified Component. Any Component of the Class 1-A7 Certificates.
