Specified Country definition

Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule II attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Funds has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the “Custodian”) under its Custody Agreement with the Funds.

Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule I attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Fund has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the "Custodian") under its Custody Agreement with the Fund.

Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule A attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Company has given settlement instruction to the Custodian.

• BNY shall provide to the Board at such times as the Board deems reasonable and appropriate based on the circumstances of the Funds’ foreign custody arrangements written reports notifying the Board of the placement of assets of the Funds with a particular Eligible Foreign Custodian within a Specified Country and of any material change in the arrangements (including the contract governing such arrangements) with respect to assets of the Funds with any such Eligible Foreign Custodian.

• The Funds on behalf of its Board hereby delegate to BNY with respect to each Specified Country the Responsibilities.

More Definitions of Specified Country

Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule I attached hereto, and each country, other than the United States, with respect to which an Authorized Person (as defined in one or more Custody Agreement(s) between the relevant Fund and BNY as custodian (each, a "Custody Agreement")) has given settlement instructions to BNY as custodian (the "Custodian") under the Custody Agreement.

Specified Country means each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which a Fund has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the "Custodian") under its Custody Agreement with the Fund.

Specified Country means each country identified on a list maintained from time to time by mutual agreement of the Trust and the Custodian and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Trust has given settlement instructions to the Custodian as custodian (the “Custodian”) under its Custody Agreement with the Trust.

Specified Country means each country listed on Schedule I attached hereto and each country, other than the United States, constituting the primary market for a security with respect to which the Fund has given settlement instructions to The Bank of New York as custodian (the "Custodian") under its Custody Agreement with the Fund. BNY agrees to notify immediately the Fund and the Fund's investment adviser if, at any time, BNY believes that it cannot perform, in accordance with the foregoing standard of care, its duties hereunder with respect to any Eligible Foreign Custodian.
