Specified Increment definition

Specified Increment means the percentage of the aggregate liquidation preference amount of the Trust Preferred Securities or the Class B Preferred Securities, as applicable, to which a Tier 1 Qualification Election relates, which percentage may only be (a) zero or (b) 10% or an integral multiple thereof.
Specified Increment means the percentage of the aggregate liquidation preference amount of the Trust Preferred Securities or the Class B Preferred Securities, as applicable, to which a Tier 1 Qualification Election relates, which percentage may only be (a) zero or (b) 20% or an integral multiple thereof.
