Specified Position Limits definition

Specified Position Limits means the position limits stated in Appendix 6 of this Directive;

Examples of Specified Position Limits in a sentence

  • In ensuring that the Specified Position Limits which are applicable to a Client are adhered to at all times, the Clearing Participant must, where applicable, notify the relevant Trading Participant to limit trading of the relevant Derivatives for that Client to liquidation only.

  • A Client or Clearing Participant acting alone or in concert with others, must not directly or indirectly hold or control Open Positions in Derivatives in excess of the Specified Position Limits.

  • Profit Sharing Plan at any time between March 6, 2018 to the present (except those who terminated without vesting) and the beneficiaries of any such participants.

  • Notwithstanding any provision contained in these Rules, a Clearing Participant who is in breach of the relevant position limits in respect of its proprietary account must take immediate steps to close out such number of Open Positions required in order to be in compliance with the Specified Position Limits.

  • If any of the provisions in this paragraph 14.4 is not complied with, the Clearing House may direct the Clearing Participant to disallow the Client from continuing to hold positions exceed the Specified Position Limits pursuant to paragraph 14.4(1) above.

  • Where a Clearing Participant allows a Client to hold positions that exceed the Specified Position Limits pursuant to paragraph 14.4(1), the provisions relating to positions limits and any provision relating to a breach of such limits that is applicable to a Clearing Participant or a Client directly or indirectly (“the relevant provisions”) will also be applicable to each of the Underlying Clients.

  • The Clearing Participant must ensure that an Omnibus Account in relation to which a Client is allowed to hold positions that exceed the Specified Position Limits under paragraph 14.4(1) is identified as such in the books and records of the Clearing Participant.[End of Directive] Table of Contents1.

  • These records shall include a certified statement, signed by a responsible official, that the records represent all of the fuel combusted during each quarter.

Related to Specified Position Limits

  • Specified Percentage means, as to any Lender, the percentage indicated beside its name on the signature pages hereof, or if applicable, specified in its most recent Assignment Agreement.

  • Closed Position means the opposite of an Open Position.

  • Specified Period means the period beginning on the commencement date and terminating in accordance with section 72(6) of the Act;

  • Applicable Measurement Period means the most recently completed four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Issuer immediately preceding the Applicable Calculation Date for which internal financial statements are available.

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events:

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Average Actual Deferral Percentage means the average (expressed as a percentage) of the Actual Deferral Percentages of the Eligible Participants in a group.

  • Automatic exposure control means a device which automatically controls one or more technique factors in order to obtain at a preselected location(s) a required quantity of radiation (See also "Phototimer").

  • Company Action Level RBC ’ means, with respect to any insurer, the product of 2.0 and its authorized control level RBC;

  • Covered position means a position in which the employee must be a member of the retirement

  • Company action level event means any of the following events:

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Total Available Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Available Interest and the Available Principal for such Distribution Date and the amount of all cash or other immediately available funds on deposit in the Reserve Account immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Specified Amount of a Component Currency shall mean the number of units of such Component Currency or fractions thereof which were represented in the relevant currency unit on the Conversion Date. If after the Conversion Date the official unit of any Component Currency is altered by way of combination or subdivision, the Specified Amount of such Component Currency shall be divided or multiplied in the same proportion. If after the Conversion Date two or more Component Currencies are consolidated into a single currency, the respective Specified Amounts of such Component Currencies shall be replaced by an amount in such single currency equal to the sum of the respective Specified Amounts of such consolidated Component Currencies expressed in such single currency, and such amount shall thereafter be a Specified Amount and such single currency shall thereafter be a Component Currency. If after the Conversion Date any Component Currency shall be divided into two or more currencies, the Specified Amount of such Component Currency shall be replaced by amounts of such two or more currencies, having an aggregate Dollar Equivalent value at the Market Exchange Rate on the date of such replacement equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the Specified Amount of such former Component Currency at the Market Exchange Rate immediately before such division, and such amounts shall thereafter be Specified Amounts and such currencies shall thereafter be Component Currencies. If, after the Conversion Date of the relevant currency unit, a Conversion Event (other than any event referred to above in this definition of “Specified Amount”) occurs with respect to any Component Currency of such currency unit and is continuing on the applicable Valuation Date, the Specified Amount of such Component Currency shall, for purposes of calculating the Dollar Equivalent of the Currency Unit, be converted into Dollars at the Market Exchange Rate in effect on the Conversion Date of such Component Currency.

  • Adjusted Total Term Loan Commitment means at any time the Total Term Loan Commitment less the Term Loan Commitments of all Defaulting Lenders.

  • Eligible position or "full-time job" means a full-time position

  • total earnings means all of the dentist's gross earnings from the practice of dentistry by him in person, and "NHS earnings" means the dentist's gross earnings from the provision by him in person of general dental services under the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978, as amended, including where the dentist's name is included in sub-part A of the first part, or Part A prior to 2 July 2010, of two or more dental lists in Scotland, but neither his total earnings nor his NHS earnings shall be taken to include any remuneration by way of salary;

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Covered Debt Amount means, with respect to a Borrower, on any date, (a) all of the Revolving Credit Exposures of all Lenders to such Borrower on such date plus (b) the aggregate amount of outstanding Other Secured Indebtedness of such Borrower and the other members of its Obligor Group on such date plus (c) the aggregate amount of any Indebtedness of such Borrower and the other members of its Obligor Group incurred pursuant to Section 6.01(g) plus (d) the aggregate principal amount of (i) solely with respect to CCT (or any successor), the CCT 2022 Notes, (ii) solely with respect to FSIC (or any successor), the FSIC Notes and (iii) with respect to each Borrower, all Special Longer-Term Unsecured Indebtedness of such Borrower and the other members of its Obligor Group, solely to the extent that such CCT 2022 Notes, FSIC Notes and Special Longer-Term Unsecured Indebtedness, as applicable, are within 9 months prior to the scheduled maturity or earlier redemption date of such Indebtedness plus (e) any portion of any Unsecured-Longer Term Indebtedness that is subject to a contractually scheduled amortization payment, other principal payment or redemption (other than any conversion into Permitted Equity Interests) earlier than the scheduled maturity date of such Indebtedness, but only to the extent of such portion and beginning upon the date that is the later of (i) 9 months prior to such scheduled amortization payment, other principal payment or redemption and (ii) the date such Borrower becomes aware that such Indebtedness is required to be paid or redeemed, plus (f) Hedging Agreement Obligations (as defined in the Guarantee and Security Agreement to which such Borrower is a party) (other than Hedging Agreement Obligations arising from Hedging Agreements entered into pursuant to Section 6.04(c)) minus (g) the LC Exposures with respect to such Borrower fully cash collateralized on such date pursuant to Section 2.04(k) and the last paragraph of Section 2.08(a) or otherwise backstopped in a manner satisfactory to the relevant Issuing Bank in its sole discretion.

  • mandatory control level RBC ’ means the product of .70 and the authorized control level RBC.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • prescribed amount means $10 000 or such other amount as may be prescribed;

  • Measurement Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(b)(i).

  • Termination Percentage has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of “daily discharges” over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all “daily discharges” measured during a calendar month divided by the number of “daily discharges” measured during that month.
