Specified Time or Fixed Schedule definition

Specified Time or Fixed Schedule means, in reference to a payment of Deferred Compensation, the Employer, at the time of the deferral of the Compensation can objectively determine: (i) the amount payable; and (ii) the payment date or dates. An amount is objectively determinable if the deferral election specifically identifies the amount or if the Employer can determine the amount at the time it is due pursuant to an objective, nondiscretionary formula specified at the time of deferral.
Specified Time or Fixed Schedule means, with respect to a Payment of Deferred Compensation, if objectively determinable: (i) the amount payable; and (ii) the Payment date or dates that are nondiscretionary. For purposes of this Article, an amount is objectively determinable if the amount is specifically identified or if the amount may be determined at the time the Payment is due pursuant to an objective, nondiscretionary formula specified at the time the amount is deferred and in accordance with Treasury Regulations §1.409A-3(i)(1)(i).
Specified Time or Fixed Schedule means, with respect to a payment of Deferred Compensation, if objectively determinable: (i) the amount payable; and (ii) the payment date or dates that are nondiscretionary. Specified Time or Fixed Schedule means, in reference to a payment of Deferred Compensation, the Employer at the time of the deferral of the Compensation can objectively determine: (i) the amount payable; and (ii) the payment date or dates. Related to Specified Time or Fixed Schedule

  • Specified Time means a time determined in accordance with Schedule 9 (Timetables).

  • Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.   • Reference method means any direct test method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant as specified in 40 CFR 60, Appendix A*.

  • Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the portion of the Day- ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement that is required in addition to the Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement to ensure adequate resources are procured to meet real-time load and operational needs, as specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Applicable Business Day Convention means the “Business Day Convention” which may be specified in the Final Terms as applicable to any date in respect of the Instruments. Where the Final Terms specifies “No Adjustment” in relation to any date, such date shall not be adjusted in accordance with any Business Day Convention. Where the Final Terms fails either to specify an applicable Business Day Convention or “No Adjustment” for the purposes of an Interest Payment Date or an Interest Period End Date, then in the case of Instruments which bear interest at a fixed rate, “No Adjustment” shall be deemed to have been so specified and in the case of Instruments which bear interest at a floating rate, the Modified Following Business Day Convention shall be deemed to have been so specified. Different Business Day Conventions may apply, or be specified in relation to, the Interest Payment Dates, Interest Period End Dates and any other date or dates in respect of any Instruments.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Reference Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.06(a).

  • Preceding Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be brought forward to the first preceding day that is a Business Day;

  • Reference Month means the calendar month for which the level of the Inflation Index is reported as specified in the applicable Final Terms, regardless of when this information is published or announced, except that if the period for which the Relevant Level was reported is a period other than a month, the Reference Month shall be the period for which the Relevant Level is reported.

  • PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.

  • Day-Ahead Schedule has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Base Rate Term SOFR Determination Day has the meaning specified in the definition of “Term SOFR”.

  • Equivalent method means any method of sampling and analyzing for an air pollutant that has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the commissioner and the U.S. EPA to have a consistent and quantitatively known relationship to the reference method under specific conditions.

  • Specified Rate means, on any day, the sum of:

  • Modified Following Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be postponed to the first following day that is a Business Day unless that day falls in the next calendar month in which case that date will be the first preceding day that is a Business Day;

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Effective Date means, in respect of an ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event, the first date on which the ECB Recommended Rate is no longer provided, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent;

  • Amended Schedule is defined in Section 2.3(b) of this Agreement.

  • Request for Quotation (RFQ means the solicitation document issued by the DFMDC to potential bidders for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Amendments thereto.

  • Determination Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong, London and New York City;

  • RMB Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and in New York City.

  • Following Business Day Convention means that the relevant date shall be postponed to the first following day that is a Business Day;

  • Scheduled Unavailability Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(c).

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Rate Calculation Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange) in Hong Kong and New York City;

  • Interest Quotation Day means, in relation to any period for which Interest Rate is to be determined, 2 Quotation Business Days before the first day of the relevant Interest Period.

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the sum of Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement and Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement.
