Fixed Date Sample Clauses

A Fixed Date clause establishes a specific, unchangeable deadline by which a particular obligation or action must be completed under the contract. This clause applies to scenarios where timing is critical, such as delivery of goods, completion of services, or payment milestones, and the date is set in advance and agreed upon by all parties. Its core practical function is to provide certainty and prevent disputes by clearly defining when performance is due, thereby allocating risk if deadlines are missed.
