Specified Yield Supplement Account Balance means, (i) on the Closing Date, $[ ], and (ii) as of the close of business on any Payment Date, an amount equal to the sum of all projected Yield Supplement Amounts for all future Payment Dates, assuming that no prepayments are made on the Deferred Payment Receivables.
