Spend Management definition

Spend Management means card (plastic and virtual) based products and services, and any successor solutions, products, or services designed to facilitate payments and automate expense tracking for customers of the Credit Parties who purchase goods and services where invoices are not and will not be issued to secure such goods and services. The product and services offered by the Credit Parties may utilize third parties to deliver the product and services including, but not limited to, issuer processors, card manufacturers, software technology partners, and bank card issuers.
