SplitCo Assets definition

SplitCo Assets means 100% of the ownership and voting interests in Braves Holdings and corporate cash and any other assets attributed to the Braves Group as of immediately prior to the Contribution. For the avoidance of doubt, SplitCo Assets will not include any assets which are used to settle and extinguish any intergroup interests in the Braves Group that are attributed to the Formula One Group or the Liberty SiriusXM Group.

SplitCo Assets means all of Liberty Media’s direct or indirect ownership interests in Live Nation, QuintEvents and MSR, corporate cash attributed to the Live Group as of immediately prior to the Redemption, and any other assets attributed to the Live Group as of immediately prior to the Redemption.

SplitCo Assets means all Assets which are attributed immediately prior to the Effective Time to either LMC’s Capital Group or Starz Group. The Splitco Assets do not include the Excluded Assets.

SplitCo Assets means all of Liberty Media’s interest in SiriusXM, corporate cash and any other assets of Liberty Media and its Subsidiaries attributed to Liberty SiriusXM as of immediately prior to the Contribution, including those assets set forth on Exhibit D hereto; provided that SplitCo Assets shall not include any assets related to Taxes (including any Tax Items or rights to receive any Tax Refunds (each as defined in the Tax Sharing Agreement)), which shall be governed by the Tax Sharing Agreement.

SplitCo Assets has the meaning assigned to such term in the Reorganization Agreement.
