Ancillary Assets definition

Ancillary Assets means sovereign debt in the currency of denomination of the ETP Securities with an original maturity of less than one month which is rated at least A-1 by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, and/or P-1 by Moody's Investors Service Ltd. and/or F1 by Fitch Ratings Limited.
Ancillary Assets at any time (without duplication), (a) all Real Property of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries which is (i) a mortgage, (ii) a New Construction Asset, or (iii) any other Real Property other than an open air shopping center (including single tenant retail properties), and (b) all Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries of the type described in Section 8.3(h) and (q), including, without limitation, all Investments of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries in any FIN 46 Entities.
Ancillary Assets at any time, all Real Property of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, or in which the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower has an interest (either directly or indirectly), and which is (i) a Development Asset, (ii) a mortgage, or (iii) any other Real Property other than an open air shopping center (including single tenant retail properties) or a residential apartment building or residential apartment community (and appurtenant amenities).

  • Amounts standing to the credit of the Margin Account from time to time, to the extent not required to be invested in Reference Assets to replicate the return of the Index or to pursue the Investment Strategy, may at the discretion of the Portfolio Administrator be maintained as cash balances in the Margin Account or invested in Ancillary Assets.

Ancillary Assets means certain assets that were held and used by Fraser Papers in connection with Fraser Papers’ Timberlands Business, including certain motor vehicles, buildings and a tree nursery;
