Sponsor Agreement definition

Sponsor Agreement has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

Sponsor Agreement means an agreement between the Trust and the Sponsor setting forth, among other things, the Sponsor’s compensation for its services as Sponsor of the Trust.
