Examples of Sponsor Managers in a sentence

  • Upon a transfer by the Sponsor pursuant to subsection (iii) to the Sponsor Members, the rights that are personal to the Sponsor shall be exercised by the Sponsor Members only with the consent of the Sponsor Managers.

  • The Investor and the Company (on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries) hereby acknowledge and agree that the Services provided by the Managers hereunder are being provided subject to the terms of the Indemnification Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among Newco, the Management Unitholder, the Company, Holdings and the Sponsor Managers (as defined therein) (as it may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, the “Indemnification Agreement”).

  • Sponsor Management Agreement means the management agreement between certain of the management companies associated with the Investors and the Issuer.
