Sponsor Managers definition

Sponsor Managers means (i) prior to the dissolution of the Sponsor, the managers of the Sponsor and (ii) after the dissolution of the Sponsor, the managers of the Sponsor immediately prior to such dissolution.

Sponsor Managers means the managing members of Sponsor, including after the dissolution of Sponsor.

Sponsor Managers means the managing member[s] of Sponsor, including after the dissolution of Sponsor.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon a transfer by the Sponsor pursuant to subsection (iv) to the Sponsor Members, the rights that are personal to the Sponsor shall be exercised by the Sponsor Members only with the consent of the Sponsor Managers.

• Only Training Contact or Sponsor Managers can add more than one Instructor to a training event.
