Sporting event or contest means any sporting competition in which the participants are not professional athletes or contestants or are not remunerated for their participation.
Consequential Loss means indirect or consequential loss or damage such as, but not limited to, loss of contract, bargain, expectation, opportunity, profit, production, revenue, anticipated cost reduction or interest payable howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with this Contract.
Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).
Events means an action or occurrence, at any given location within the Authorized System that causes a Collection System Overflow. An Event ends when there is no recurrence of a CSO or SSO in the Collection System at the same location in the 12-hour period following the last Collection System Overflow.
Potential Event of Default means a condition or event that, after notice or lapse of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.
OFAC Event means the event specified in Section 8.13(c) hereof.
Unmatured Event of Default means any event which, with the giving of notice, the passage of time or both, would constitute an Event of Default.
