Sports competition definition

Sports competition means any sport event organised in accordance with the rules set by a sports organisation listed by the Convention Follow-up Committee in accordance with Article 31.2, and recognised by an international sports organisation, or, where appropriate, another competent sports organisation.
Sports competition means participation in a sporting competition in any league, type or event prescribed by the Anti-Doping in Sports Committee;
Sports competition means any competitive sporting event organised or recognised by the IOC, or the IPC, or an International Federation, or the Commonwealth Games Federation or the Olympic Council of Asia, or the NOC, or the NPC or a NSF or such NSF’s Voting Members;

  • Non-Competition Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 12 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.

  • Noncompetition Period has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01.

  • Non-Competition Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Competitions means any competition comprised within the Event where the winner is awarded a prize. A Competition may be comprised of one or more qualification phase/sections, runs or heats, including official training sessions. In the FIS Rules, Competitions are sometimes also referred to as “races”.

  • Non-Competition Agreements has the meaning set out in Section 7.1.1.7;
