Sprint Data definition

Sprint Data means all information collected or developed by Sprint regarding its customers who are Users under this Agreement or derived specifically from a User’s use of the Sprint Services or the Sprint Wireless Network, including, but not limited to, the Mobile Identification Number (MIN) issued by Sprint to a User, the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) associated with a Handset, the Network Access Identifier (NAI), any location-based information, network presence, and any customer information described in the FCC definition ofCustomer Proprietary Network Information” as set forth in 47 USC 222(h)(1).
Sprint Data means all information collected or developed by (i) Sprint or a Sprint Affiliate regarding Sprint Customers or (ii) by Purchaser regarding Sprint Customers (but only in their capacity as Sprint Customers), including, under each of the clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition, location-based information, all phone or other identification numbers issued to Sprint Customers, all electronic serial numbers, all Sprint Customers personalization information and all automatic number identification information and all information described in the Federal Communications Commission's definition of "Customer Proprietary Network Information" as set forth in 47 USC Section 222(h)(1) (as amended and interpreted from time to time).
Sprint Data means, in or on any medium or form of any kind: (a) data and summarized data related to Sprint, Sprint’s Subscribers or the Services that is in the possession of Sprint and data concerning or indexing such data (regardless of whether or not owned by Sprint, generated or compiled by Sprint), including data that is in Sprint’s databases or otherwise in Sprint’s possession on the Effective Date or at any time during the Term; and (b) other Sprint records, data, file, input materials, reports, forms, and other such items that may be received by Amdocs, or by any of its Subcontractors, in the performance of Amdocs’ duties under the Agreement. Sprint’s Data excludes personal data relating to employees of Amdocs, its Affiliates, and their Subcontractors.

  • Sprint Data Access Plans for Business for Third Party M2M Devices provide access to the Sprint 4G Network, the Sprint 3G Network and the Nationwide Sprint Network.

More Definitions of Sprint Data

Sprint Data means, in or on any medium or form of any kind: (a) data and summarized data related to Sprint, Sprint’s Subscribers or the Services that is in the possession of Sprint and data concerning or indexing such data (regardless of whether or not owned by Sprint, generated or compiled by Sprint), including data that is in Sprint’s databases or otherwise in Sprint’s possession on the Effective Date or at any time during the Term; and (b) other Sprint records, data, file, input materials, reports, forms, and other such items that may be received by Amdocs, or by any of its Subcontractors, in the performance of
Sprint Data is defined in Section 12.7 of this Agreement.
Sprint Data means all information collected or developed by Sprint regarding its customers who are Users under this Agreement or derived specifically from a User’s use of the Sprint Services or the Sprint Wireless Network, including, but not limited to, the Mobile Identification Number (MIN) or Mobile Destination Number (MDN) issued by Sprint to a User, the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) associated with a Device, the Network Access Identifier (NAI), any location-based information, network presence, NGG logs, transaction records, vending machine meta data that relates to data usage or premium services purchases, and any customer information described in the FCC definition ofCustomer Proprietary Network Information” as set forth in 47 USC 222(h)(1).
Sprint Data means all information collected or developed by (i) Sprint or a Sprint Affiliate regarding Sprint Customers or (ii) by Supplier regarding Sprint Customers (but only in their capacity as Sprint Customers), including, under each of the clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition, location-based information, all phone or other identification numbers issued to Sprint Customers, all electronic serial numbers, all Sprint Customers personalization information and all automatic number identification information and all information described in the Federal Communications Commission’s definition ofCustomer Proprietary Network Information” as set forth in 47 USC Section 222(h)(1) (as amended and interpreted from time to time). “Supplier Personnel” means any employees, subcontractors or agents of Supplier who perform Services, act on Supplier’s behalf or are paid by Supplier in connection with this Agreement. “Supplier System” means any program, system, data or network of Supplier or any Supplier Customer. “Sprint Routing Guide” is attached as Exhibit B. “Sprint System” means any program, system, data or network of Sprint or any Sprint Customer. “Standalone Software” means Software that is not embedded in hardware and intended to operate separately on a computer. “Supplier Personnel Compensation” means wages, salaries, fringe benefits and other compensation, including contributions to any employee benefit, medical or savings plan and all payroll taxes, unemployment compensation benefits, including withholding obligations. “System” means the following configuration of Products: “Unmitigated Vulnerability” means any technology or configuration that, from a security perspective induces unacceptable operational risks and, is (i) inconsistent with industry-accepted practices, (ii) susceptible to being hacked, broken into or compromised, or (iii) referenced by the Carnegie Mellon CERT® Coordination Center at wxx.xxxx.xxx. “Uptime Availability Standard” is the number of hours a System or Product is available for use by Sprint in a calendar month, expressed as a percentage of the total hours during that calendar month.

Related to Sprint Data

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • Sprint PCS has the right to use in any promotion or advertising done by Sprint PCS any promotion or advertising materials developed by Manager from time to time with respect to the Sprint PCS Products and Services. Sprint PCS will reimburse Manager for the reproduction costs related to such use. Sprint PCS will make available to Manager the promotion or advertising materials developed by Sprint PCS from time to time with respect to Sprint PCS Products and Services in current use by Sprint PCS (e.g., radio ads, television ads, design of print ads, design of point of sale materials, retail store concepts and designs, design of collateral). Manager will bear the cost of using such materials (e.g., cost of local radio and television ad placements, cost of printing collateral in quantity, and building out and finishing retail stores).

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Video service provider or "provider" means a person authorized under this act to provide video service.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.
