SQM Standard definition

SQM Standard means the detailed description and requirements of the SQM set out in Schedule 8 (Specialist Quality Mark Standard) as the same may be updated and amended by the LAA from time to time; “Specification” means the detailed specification of the Services to be performed by the Licensee set out in Schedule 1 (Specification), as the same may be amended f rom time to time in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement;
