SREC Program Administrator definition

SREC Program Administrator means the entity designated by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to manage and track SRECs, currently designated as PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc.

  • Administrator means the Board or any of its Committees as will be administering the Plan, in accordance with Section 4 of the Plan.

  • SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).

  • Non-Administrator Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Administrator Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.

  • Settlement Administrator means the administrator proposed by the Parties and appointed by the Court to administer the Settlement.
