SSB MLSA. The Flow Mortgage Loan Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated as of June 1, 2011, between Redwood Residential Acquisition Corporation, and SSB, as amended by the Assignment of Representations and Warranties Agreement, dated November 30, 2012, by and among the Seller, the Depositor, the Trustee, and SSB, and acknowledged by the Master Servicer.
