If, as provided for in section 4.3, the LHIN does not receive the necessary funding from the MOHLTC, the LHIN may terminate this Agreement immediately by giving Notice to the HSP.
Either the LHIN or the MOHLTC will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule D.
The LHIN may assign this Agreement or any of its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any one or more of the LHINs or to the MOHLTC.
