Use of equipment will be minimized during any Stage II or Stage III smog alerts.
Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party may refer the dispute to the grievance procedure commencing at Stage III.
Upon failure to reach agreement, the matter may be referred to Stage III of the Grievance Procedure.
