Stage III definition

Stage III means, with respect to any aircraft or engine, any aircraft or engine which, at the time of its manufacture, was compliant with the noise regulations set forth in FAR Part 36.
Stage III means that portion of the DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM which provides for continued trials of PRODUCT on sufficient numbers of patients to establish the safety and efficacy of a PRODUCT to support MARKETING AUTHORIZATION in the proposed indication. In addition, all other development work on animal toxicity, metabolism, drug substance and drug product formulation and manufacturing development will be finalized in STAGE III.
Stage III means the research activities undertaken by the Parties pursuant to Article 2 as part of the Research Program.

  • Use of equipment will be minimized during any Stage II or Stage III smog alerts.

More Definitions of Stage III

Stage III as it relates to any aircraft or engine, shall mean any aircraft or engine which, at the time of its manufacture, was compliant with the noise regulations set forth in FAR Part 36.
Stage III means Stage III noise abatement legislation, which limits the amount of noise an aircraft emits;
Stage III means, with respect to any aircraft or engine, any aircraft or engine which, at the time of its manufacture, was compliant with the noise regulations set forth in FAR Part 36. “Stock” means all certificated and uncertificated shares, options, warrants, general or limited partnership interests, participation or other equivalents (regardless of how designated) of or in a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or equivalent entity whether voting or nonvoting, including common stock, preferred stock, or any other “equity security” (as such term is defined in Rule 3a11-1 of the General Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934). “Stock Pledge Agreement” means collectively, and each individually, (i) that certain Stock Pledge Agreement dated as of November 18, 2009, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, made by Borrower in favor of Security Agent, whereby Borrower pledged to Security Agent sixty-five percent (65%) of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of WLFC (Ireland) Limited, (ii) that certain Share Mortgage and Security Agreement dated as of June 28, 2011, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, made by Borrower in favor of Security Agent, whereby Borrower pledged to Security Agent fifty percent (50%) of the issued and outstanding shares of share capital of WMES, (iii) the Membership Interest Pledge Agreement dated as of September 28, 2012, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, made by Borrower in favor of Security Agent, whereby Borrower pledged to Security Agent all of its membership interests in WEST Engine Funding LLC, (iv) the Stock Pledge Agreement dated as of November 5, 2013, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, made by Borrower in favor of Security Agent, whereby Borrower pledged to Security Agent all of the outstanding shares of share capital of Xxxxxx Aeronautical Services, Inc., and (v) that certain Stock Pledge Agreement dated as of April 20, 2016, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, provided by Xxxxxxxx in favor of Security Agent whereby Borrower pledged to Security Agent sixty five percent (65%) of the issued and outstanding shares of Xxxxxx Xxxxx (China)
Stage III means the period during which clause 7.4 applies.

Related to Stage III

  • Stage 1 means the area at Port Xxxxxxx which is the subject of this Agreement and of the ERMP and which is shown bordered in purple as “stage 1” on Department of Land Administration 4 Miscellaneous Plan No. 1743;

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Phase II Clinical Trial means a controlled human clinical study that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(b), conducted to study the effectiveness and establish the dose range of a Product for a particular Indication in patients with the disease or condition under study, including a Phase IIA Clinical Study or Phase IIB Clinical Study.

  • Phase 2 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation to receive Rebuilt Line 972; (2) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Line 972 not performed in Phase 1; (3) construction of Relocated Line 15; (4) the construction of Bused Line 5; (5) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Relocated Line 15; and (6) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to receive Bused Line 5.

  • Phase II Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product initiated to determine the safety and efficacy in the target patient population, as described 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b).

  • Stage 2 means the construction of the second hotel and other developments facilities and amenities referred to in the Development Proposals;

  • Phase IIb Clinical Trial means a clinical trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of patients that is designed to provide a preliminary determination of safety and efficacy of such Product in the target patient population over a range of doses and dose regimens.

  • Phase 4 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product conducted after Regulatory Approval of such Product has been obtained from an appropriate Regulatory Authority, which trial is (a) conducted voluntarily by a Party to enhance marketing or scientific knowledge of the Product, or (b) conducted due to a request or requirement of a Regulatory Authority.

  • Stage means level of progress of the works identified as such and more particularly described in the Employer’s Requirements for which a Key Date for the achievement thereof is stipulated in the Contract.

  • Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".

  • Phase III Clinical Trials means a Clinical Trial for the Product on sufficient numbers of patients to generate safety and efficacy data to support Regulatory Approval in the proposed therapeutic indication, conducted in accordance with current good clinical practices and in accordance with a protocol that has been reviewed by the FDA and reflects any comments or concerns raised by the same.

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Phase III Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product, the design of which is acknowledged by the FDA to be sufficient for such clinical trial to satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(c) (as amended or any replacement thereof), or a similar human clinical trial prescribed by the Regulatory Authority in a country other than the United States, the design of which is acknowledged by such Regulatory Authority to be sufficient for such clinical trial to satisfy the requirements of a pivotal efficacy and safety clinical trial.

  • Phase III Clinical Study means a trial involving administration of a Compound to sufficient numbers of human patients with the goal of establishing that the Compound is safe and efficacious for its intended use, to define warnings, precautions and adverse reactions that are associated with the drug or label expansion of such Compound, and to be considered as a pivotal study for submission of an NDA.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means a human clinical study of a product, the principal purpose of which is a preliminary determination of safety in healthy individuals or patients, as described in 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a).

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water.
