Stamping Fee definition

Stamping Fee has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.7(k).
Stamping Fee means, in respect of any Bankers’ Acceptance or BA Loan, the fee payable by Borrower described in Section 2.23(c).
Stamping Fee means the stamping fee payable at the time of each Acceptance, calculated and payable in the manner provided for in Section 2.04(f).

Examples of Stamping Fee in a sentence

  • Each determination by the Administrative Agent of the Stamping Fee, the BA Discount Rate and the BA Proceeds shall, in the absence of manifest error, be presumed correct.

  • The Stamping Fee for that BA Loan shall be calculated on that Principal Amount.

  • Such Stamping Fee shall be payable in advance on the date of issuance of the Bankers’ Acceptance.

  • Subject to clause (d) below, each Canadian Lender shall provide the Canadian Administrative Agent, for the account of the Canadian Borrower, the BA Discount Proceeds less the Applicable Stamping Fee payable by the Canadian Borrower with respect to the Bankers’ Acceptance.

More Definitions of Stamping Fee

Stamping Fee means the fee determined and payable by the Borrower in accordance with Section 3.1(d).
Stamping Fee is defined in the Syndicated Canadian Addendum.
Stamping Fee means, with respect to any Bankers' Acceptance, an amount equal to the face amount thereof multiplied by the Applicable Margin for Bankers' Acceptances.

Stamping Fee means, with respect to a Bankers' Acceptance, the fee payable in Canadian Dollars on the date of issuance thereof calculated (1) by multiplying the face amount of the Bankers' Acceptance by the number of days in the Contract Period, then (2) dividing the product thereof by 365, then (3) multiplying the quotient by the Stamping Fee Margin.
Stamping Fee means a percentage of policy premium payable for the examination of a surplus lines transaction as required in Subsection 31A-15-103(11).
