LC Fee definition

LC Fee is defined in Section 2.19.4.

LC Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).

Examples of LC Fee in a sentence

Such fees and charges shall be payable in arrears on each LC Fee Payment Date or as advised by Administrative Agent or Issuing Bank and shall not be subject to rebate or proration upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
The L/C Fee for an L/C issued (i) in Dollars shall be payable in Dollars, (ii) in US Dollars shall be payable in US Dollars and (iii) in any currency other than Dollars or US Dollars shall be payable in US Dollars.
In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee of 0.125% per annum on the face amount of each Letter of Credit, payable quarterly in arrears on each L/C Fee Payment Date after the issuance date of such Letter of Credit.

In addition, the Borrower shall pay to the relevant Issuing Lender for its own account a fronting fee on the aggregate drawable amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit issued by it of 0.125% per annum, payable quarterly in arrears on each L/C Fee Payment Date after the issuance date.
