Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule definition

Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule means the Commission-approved Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule of Pacific Power & Light Company, providing pricing options for Base Load and Wind Qualifying Facilities of 10,000 kW or less, or Fixed and Tracking Solar Qualifying Facilities of 3,000 kW or less, which is in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement. A copy of that Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule is attached as Exhibit G.
Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule means the Standard Avoided Cost Rates Schedule of Pacific Power & Light, providing pricing options for Base Load and Wind Qualifying Facilities of 10,000 kW or less, or Fixed and Tracking Solar Qualifying Facilities of 3,000 kW or less, approved by the Oregon Commission, which is in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement.   • Indirect Cost Rate means a device for determining in a reasonable manner the proportion of indirect costs each Program should bear. It is a ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the Indirect Costs to a Direct Cost base.
