Standard NDA definition

Standard NDA has the meaning given such term in the definition of Standard Inbound IP Agreements.
Standard NDA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10(a)(viii).
Standard NDA has the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.14(f).

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.

  • Quality Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.

  • Good Manufacturing Practice or “GMP” means the current good manufacturing practices applicable from time to time to the manufacturing of a Product or any intermediate thereof pursuant to Applicable Law.
