Standard Special Condition definition

Standard Special Condition means a Standard Condition of a Transporter's Licence which is subject to modification by a private collective licence modification procedure set out in a condition of such Transporter's Licence;

Examples of Standard Special Condition in a sentence

  • The licensee shall ensure, following consultation with the Authority that a competent person (who shall be known as the “compliance officer”) shall be appointed for the purpose of facilitating compliance by the licensee with Standard Special Condition A33 (Restriction on Use of Certain Information and Independence of the Transportation Business) and Standard Special Condition A35 (Prohibition of Cross-Subsidies).

  • Save as provided by paragraphs 3 and 4, the licensee shall not conduct any business or carry on any activity other than any business carried on by the licensee for a purpose within sub-paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of the definition of “permitted purpose” in Standard Special Condition A32 (Definition of Permitted Purpose).

Related to Standard Special Condition

  • Special Condition means a condition of a Transporter's Licence or Shipper's Licence other than a Standard Condition;

  • Special Conditions means Special Conditions of Contract, which override the General Conditions, also referred to as SCC.

  • Terminal condition means an incurable condition caused by injury, disease, or illness that according to reasonable medical judgment will produce death within six months, even with available life-sustaining treatment provided in accordance with the prevailing standard of medical care.

  • Abnormal Condition means any condition on the Interconnection Facilities which, determined in accordance with Good Utility Practice, is: (i) outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or that reasonable operating limits have been exceeded; and (ii) could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the safe and reliable operation of the Interconnection Facilities; but which, in any case, could reasonably be expected to result in an Emergency Condition. Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.

  • General Condition means these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.
