Special Condition definition

Special Condition means a condition of a Transporter's Licence or Shipper's Licence other than a Standard Condition;
Special Condition means any special conditions imposed by Ofcom pursuant to its powers under the Communications Act.
Special Condition means an additional airworthiness standard(s) prescribed by the FAA or the CAA when the airworthiness standards for the category of product do not contain adequate or appropriate safety standards due to novel or unusual design features.
