STAR Report definition

STAR Report means (a) a quarterly ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Accommodations Report compiled by ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research, or (b) should ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research cease to compile such reports, a quarterly report containing similar data compiled by a nationally-recognized lodging industry information source which is reasonably acceptable to Lender and (except during any period following the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default) Borrowers.

  • If such ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ STAR Report is discontinued in the future, or ceases to be a satisfactory source of data regarding the REVPAR of various hotels in the general trade area of the Facility (as provided in the Management Agreement), Tenant shall select, or shall cause Manager to select, an alternative source in accordance with the Management Agreement.

  • Revenue Data Publication" shall mean ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ STAR Report, a monthly publication distributed by ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research, Inc., of Gallatin, Tennessee, or an alternative source, reasonably satisfactory to both parties, of data regarding the REVPAR of hotels in the general trade area of the Facility.

  • Submarket shall have the meaning as used by ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research in its STAR Report (or if such report shall no longer be available to Agent or such term shall no longer be used in such report, then such other definition as Agent may reasonably determine).

  • REVENUE DATA PUBLICATION" shall mean ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ STAR Report, a monthly publication distributed by ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research, Inc., of Gallatin, Tennessee, or an alternative source, reasonably satisfactory to both parties, of data regarding the REVPAR of hotels in the general trade area of the Facility.

  • The Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders shall have received for each Initial Borrowing Base Property, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders, (i) a current property condition and structural reports, (ii) seismic reports and (iii) a STAR Report.

  • Within forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, for each Borrowing Base Asset, (i) a group booking pace report and market segmentation report, if available, and (ii) the most current ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research STAR Report available, comparing such Mortgaged Property to its primary competitive set.

  • Notwithstanding the above, Operator may disclose financial performance information specific to the Hotel to ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research (STAR Report).

  • To the extent not previously delivered on or prior to the Effective Date, the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders shall have received for each Initial Borrowing Base Property, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders, (i) a current property condition and structural reports, (ii) seismic reports and (iii) a STAR Report.

  • In addition (subject to the exceptions set forth above), Manager shall not disclose any specific information regarding financial performance of the Hotel (i.e. occupancy, average daily rate, gross operating profit, etc.) to any third party, except ▇▇▇▇▇ Travel Research (STAR Report) or a comparable hospitality industry reporting service unless approved in writing by Corporation.

  • If such ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ STAR Report is discontinued in the future, or ceases (in the reasonable opinion of either Owner or Operator) to be a satisfactory source of data regarding the Revenue Per Available Room of various hotels in the general trade area of the Hotel, Operator shall select an alternative source, subject to Owner’s approval.

Unless otherwise qualified, all references to a “Subsidiary” or to “Subsidiaries” in this Agreement shall refer to a Subsidiary or Subsidiaries of the Borrower.
