State CIO definition

State CIO means the Chief Information Officer of the Commonwealth of Virginia. These terms shall include, where appropriate and/or required by law, the Virginia Information Technologies Agency.

  • AT&T LOUISIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Louisiana.

  • AT&T ILLINOIS means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Illinois.

  • Highway means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way or place open to the use

  • district municipality means a municipality that has municipal executive and legislative authority in an area that includes more than one municipality, and which is described in section 155 (1) of the Constitution as a category C municipality;
