State Entity Standard Contract or "Contract" means the agreement between the State Entity and the Contractor as defined by the State Entity Standard Contract Form and its incorporated documents.

  • Any and all notices, designations, consents, offers, acceptances or any other communication provided for herein shall be given in writing by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, by receipted hand delivery, by Federal Express, courier or other similar and reliable carrier which shall be addressed to the person who signed the Contract on behalf of the party at the address identified in the State Entity Standard Contract Form.

  • The Contractor shall provide all required bonds in accordance with the terms of the RFX and as stated in the State Entity Standard Contract Form.

  • In the event that this State Entity Standard Contract shall terminate or be likely to terminate prior to the making of an award for a new contract for the identified goods and services, the State Entity may, with the written consent of Contractor, extend this Contract for such period as may be necessary to afford the State a continuous supply of the identified goods and services.

  • The Contract between the State Entity and the Contractor shall begin and end on the dates specified in the State Entity Standard Contract Form unless terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
