State Fees definition

State Fees means the DATCP’s fees in Wis. Stat. §§ 97.41 (5) and 97.615 (2) (e), levied to recoup DATCP costs related to setting standards for, monitoring and evaluating the activities of, and providing education and training to, Agent local health departments.

Examples of State Fees in a sentence

  • All other charges in respect to such license fees are included in the Steady State Fees.

  • The ECA will be payable on a prospective basis (for example, the actual inflation for December 2000 will determine the ECA for the year 2001) on the Steady State Fees and SI Services Fees payable by EMW.

Related to State Fees

  • Late Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d).

  • State disbursement unit or "SDU" means the entity established in section 6 of the office of child support act, 1971 PA 174, MCL 400.236.

  • Tax fees means the aggregate fees billed in each of the last two fiscal years for professional services rendered by the Company’s external auditor for tax compliance, tax advice and tax planning.

  • Processing Fees means all routine, generally applicable City-wide fees required by the City for processing applications and permits including, but not limited to, fees for land use applications, building applications, building permits, and certificates of occupancy.

  • State share means the State's proportionate share of the final
