State Order definition

State Order means the Consent Order entered on September 12, 2012 in Illinois v. Buckeye Pipe Line Company, L.P., No. 10 CH 07824 (12th Judicial Cir.).
State Order means any order issued by any of the State Governments or any a Union Territory Administration under the provisions of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), and for the time being in force;
State Order means publicly financed enrolment in higher and vocational education. The term is inherited from the Soviet planning system when government “ordered” skilled workers and specialists from the education and training system for the needs of the national economy.
