State Partnership Factors definition

State Partnership Factors. The State Partnership Factors have not been adopted for the Certificates of the Series.
State Partnership Factors means the optional provisions of this Master Terms of Trust Agreement necessary for the arrangement created hereunder to be treated as a partnership for certain state tax law purposes. The Series Trust Agreement shall specify whether or not the State Partnership Factors are adopted for the related Series of Certificates.
