State Street definition

State Street means the relevant State Street entity performing services pursuant to this Agreement.

State Street means State Street Bank and Trust Company.

State Street means State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company, not in its capacity as Indenture Trustee under the Trust Indenture, but in its individual capacity.

• Any claimed exemption from such tariffs, duties or taxes shall be supported by proper documentary evidence delivered to State Street.
