State Street retains the right to charge for related systems or products that may be developed and separately made available for use other than through the System.
In the event the Fund desires custom modifications in connection with its use of the System, the Fund shall make a written request to State Street providing specifications for the desired modification.
The Fund agrees that it will set aside, during regular business hours or at other times agreed upon by both parties, sufficient time to enable all operators of the System and the Data Access Services, designated by the Fund, to receive the training offered by State Street pursuant to this Addendum.
State Street shall be held to a standard of reasonable care with respect to all of its duties and obligations under this Addendum.
