  • Diversity Score means a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth on Schedule C hereto.

  • Multiple Bill/Single Tariff means the billing method used when Switched Exchange Access Services is jointly provided by the Parties. As described in the MECAB document, each Party will render a bill in accordance with its own tariff for that portion of the service it provides. Each Party will bill its own network access service rates.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Spread Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Spread of all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Collateral on such date is equal to or greater than 5.00%.

  • Digital Signal Level 1 (DS-1 means the 1.544 Mbps first level signal in the time division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Broadband level means all positions sufficiently similar in knowledge, skills, and abilities, and sufficiently similar as to kind or subject matter of work, level of difficulty or responsibilities, and qualification requirements of the work, to warrant the same treatment as to title, pay band, and other personnel transactions.

  • Affordability average means the average percentage of median income at which restricted units in an affordable housing development are affordable to low- and moderate-income households.
