Station Building definition

Station Building means the building of the railway station situated on the Station Area and the land appurtenant thereto, including the kerbside and approach roads, as described and demarcated in Schedule 1 (Station Area);
Station Building means the building of the Railway Station situated on the Site and the land appurtenant thereto, and which is access controlled for applicability of Fee, as described and demarcated in Schedule-A and Schedule-B;
Station Building means that building to be located, designed, engineered, permitted and constructed by the Authority adjacent to the South Airport APM Complex at the Airport which will include Rail Company Premises (which includes the platform).

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;
