Station Premises definition

Station Premises means and include the site, real estate, assets, equipments, facilities and amenities comprising the Power Station;
Station Premises means the physical location of the offices and broadcasting studios of the CJAM-FM operations of SMC.

  • Tenant may use (a) a Service Station Premises for a gasoline service station/convenience store, and (b) a Petroleum Terminal Premises for the storage and distribution of petroleum products, and any other lawful purpose but only in conjunction with the foregoing permitted uses.

  • Customer’s normal responsibility to maintain the Property shall also apply to the Charging Station Premises, such as for debris and garbage collection and removal, and pavement and concrete repairs.

  • NV Energy shall, as necessary, construct grid side and make ready improvements at the Charging Station Premises to facilitate the Charging Site.

  • At no cost to Amtrak, Lessor shall provide for all necessary New Station, Premises and New Platform signage and replacement signage, including but not limited to all signage required by and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes and statutes, ADA signage, passenger information display system including audio and visual components (“PIDS”), public announcement systems, displays, wayfinding, and signs pursuant to Amtrak's standard train station requirements (“Business Signs”).
