Stationary combustion turbine definition

Stationary combustion turbine means any simple cycle combustion turbine, regenerative cycle combustion turbine, or any combustion turbine portion of a combined cycle steam/electric generating system that is not self-propelled, but which may be mounted on a vehicle for portability.
