This adjustment will be based on the annual average year over year percentage change in the Nova Scotia Private Transportation Index for the calendar year preceding the April 1 effective change date, as calculated by Statistics Canada.

No adjustment retroactive or otherwise shall be made due to any revision which may be made in the Index by Statistics Canada during the term of this Agreement.
