Statutory Compensation Claims means a claim made by a Customer of a Registry, or any other person for relief or financial compensation provided for under a Registry Act and for greater certainty includes: (i) Torrens Title Assurance Claims as defined under the Land Registry Operating Agreement; (ii) PPR Compensation Claims as defined under the Personal Property Registry Operating Agreement; and (iii) Claims regarding the names of corporations under the Corporate Registry Operating Agreement;
